DA Form 1687. Signature Card
DA Form 1687, also known as the Signature Card, is a document used by the United States Army to authorize and designate personnel to request, receive, or turn-in property. The purpose of this form is to provide a record of the individuals authorized to perform certain property-related actions on behalf of a unit or organization.
The form consists of two main parts: the header, which includes the unit or organization's information, and the signature block, which includes the names and signatures of the individuals authorized to perform property-related actions.
