Waiver of Notice
A Waiver of Notice is a document that is used to waive the requirement of providing a notice to a party. It is usually used in legal proceedings, such as in court cases, to waive the right to receive a notice of any proceedings, hearings, or other events. The waiver must be signed by the party who is waiving the right to receive the notice. It must include the name of the party waiving the notice, the date the waiver was signed, and the name of the court or other legal proceedings in which the waiver is being executed.
The waiver must also include a description of the rights being waived and an acknowledgement that the party is aware of the consequences of waiving those rights. The waiver must be signed by both parties in the presence of a notary public. Once the waiver is signed and notarized, it is legally binding.
