SCDMV Form RG-003 IS. Multiple Tag Transfers

There are no direct alternative forms for transferring multiple license plates in South Carolina, but individuals can use the SCDMV Form RG-007, which is used for transferring a single license plate from one vehicle to another. However, this form is not suitable for transferring multiple license plates at once.
