DA Form 3068-1. Marine Service Record

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, there is no specific Form DA 3068-1 related to a Marine Service Record. The Marine Corps uses its own forms for documenting service records, such as the Marine Corps Personnel Qualification Record (PQR) or the Marine Corps Master Brief Sheet (MBS).
