DA Form 3068-1. Marine Service Record
As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, there is no specific Form DA 3068-1 related to a Marine Service Record. The Marine Corps uses its own forms for documenting service records, such as the Marine Corps Personnel Qualification Record (PQR) or the Marine Corps Master Brief Sheet (MBS).
The Marine Corps service record forms are used to document an individual's, training, assignments, awards, and other relevant information throughout their career in the Marine Corps. These records are essential for tracking and evaluating a Marine's performance, readiness, and eligibility for promotions or special assignments.
Application Example: Marines and Marine Corps personnel use the appropriate Marine Corps service record forms to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individual Marines' service history. These forms are completed and updated throughout a Marine's career, reflecting their achievements, qualifications, and professional development.
Related Forms: In the Marine Corps, related forms may include the Marine Corps Fitness Report (FITREP), the Marine Corps Counseling Sheet, or other forms specific to certain processes or evaluations within the Marine Corps.
